WHAT WE COLLECT
When you visit or use the Site, we collect information sent to us by your computer, mobile phone or other access device. The information sent to us includes data on the pages you access, your computer IP address, device identifiers, the type of operating system you are using, your location, mobile network information, information about your transactions/activities (e.g., searches performed), promotional offers (e.g., coupons/discounts) that were viewed and/or downloaded and other information. If you place an online order or make a reservation at our restaurant, we collect the following types of information:
Your name, address and/or phone number (and other related information).
Your credit card information (or other financially-related information) for payment of your order and/or for certain reservations (e.g., maybe on select holidays).
If you create a registered account with us (and become a “Registered User”), we may collect the following types of information:
Contact information including your name, mailing address, phone number(s), email address and other similar information.
Financial information such as the full credit card number(s) that you link to your account. All credit card transactions are fully encrypted and will be stored by a trusted third party. Your credit card number will never be shared with our restaurant without your consent.
Your preferences, demographics, interests, restaurant reviews and ratings, etc.
Password and log-in information related to your account.
The term “personal information” is used herein to describe information that can be associated with a specific person and can be used to identify that person. We do not consider personal information to include information that has been made anonymous or otherwise does not identify a specific user.
In situations where it is possible to do so, information (including publicly available information) may be linked to your personal information.
We may obtain information (including your personal information) from third parties.
COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
When you visit the Site, we may use, or authorize third parties to use, “cookies” and similar technologies (e.g., web beacons, pixel tags, etc.) (“Tracking Technologies”) to help us recognize and serve you better by collecting information about you, your online behavior, your computer, or your mobile device. Such information may include, without limitation, (i) the type/version of browser, operating system and software you are using (and when you update any of these), (ii) your geographic location, (iii) the pages/apps you visit, (iv) how long you visit each page/app, and (v) other information about how you interact with the Site. Our Site does not recognize “do not track” signals from your browser.
WHAT WE DO WITH THE INFORMATION WE GATHER
We require the information that we gather for various reasons including the following: (i) to understand your needs, provide you with a better service, and respond to your inquiries; (ii) for internal record keeping; (iii) for internal analysis; and (iv) to administer and/or provide promotions, programs, products, services and offers for which you provided information (including personal information such as name and credit card number).
